I want to buy a 2nd hand pc for my brother so that he can do video editing and some coding on it. He will also play games.
Came across this pc on FB marketplace. I want to know if 35k is a valid asking price for this pc.

I asked him if he had any proof to verify the age of the components but the seller said that he lost bills and boxes while shifting houses.

Is there any other way to find the age of components?
