Hello everyone,

I am 20 years old and will be getting my A2 licence for motorcycles in two months, this licence allows me to drive at most 400cc bikes.

I have always been a fan of Cafe-Racers and Bobbers, but sadly for another two years I won’t be able to ride one “authentic” bike in that category as they are at 1000cc and more like the Harley-Davidson ones.

Now here is my problem, me and my father have been planning a trip throughout route 66 in America, and we want to ride Harley cruisers. This will be in about five years we think, but I wanna get some experience with those type of bikes beforehand as it would be needed for such a long trip.

So here is the question, what bike up to 400cc will get me ready for those types of bikes?
