My boyfriend touched my butt and was shocked it’s straight muscle 💪

I’m definitely not in the best shape of my life I weigh about 40lbs more than I’d like to but I’ve been starting to be more active. I work in a library and I make an effort of walking a lot while putting books away a few times I’ve hit 10k steps in my 3 hour shifts just by walking back and forth with 1 book at a time.

I’m also the sole dog walker my boyfriend works a lot more than me so he only comes for weekend walks so he doesn’t really see how much walking the dog and I do. Today he was walking past me and slapped my butt, paused for a moment and said “damn that’s straight muscle!”

It’s been about 3 months of me making walking more of a priority than a chore and I honestly thought I wasn’t making any improvements in my body other than increased stamina.

For anyone who is walking daily and doesn’t see a difference your day will come where someone notices! Keep being consistent it’s worth it 💕
