According to court documents, which were first obtained by NBC 6 South Florida, Hochstein and Glidden accepted a pretrial diversion program (PTD), which is an alternative to prosecution offered to “offenders with non-violent priors” by the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office.

The program gives these individuals the opportunity to “make significant changes in their lives so they can avoid further involvement with the criminal justice system.”

If they “complete all conditions and remain arrest-free during [their] participation, the State Attorney’s Office will drop the charges.”

Redeeming points

If you redeem points on an order, do you earn points on the entire subtotal, or the subtotal minus rewards? If I spend $100 and redeem $30 in rewards, do I get points for a $100 purchase or $70? Trying to decide if I do a doll hospital trip now or save up my iBotta monies for a gift card and wait for the next points deal.

My daughter was gifted a very tlc PC Felicity for Christmas. Like, dirty, loose limbs, real makeup on the face, face paint practically gone, and oh this poor girl's hair. I've gotten her cleaned up fairly well, but she could definitely use a professional spa day and her hair is beyond help, she needs a new wig (it's been cut, it's so dry and probably has half the hair it came with).

I initially wanted to send her in for a new head, but decided not to, since she's a PC doll and all. But seeing the newly released Felicity, I really just want my daughter to have a shiny new one, and I'm not sure how to go about it. Do I send her in for a head transplant and body replacement? Do I sell her and put the money towards a new Lissie? Her hair especially is in such bad shape I don't think I could get more than $50, which has me leaning towards going the doll hospital route. Do I find one on Mercari? Or do I suck it up and keep the doll she has, as is? She hasn't explicitly complained about her, but she definitely plays with her the least. Ugh, too many choices, what would you all do?
