Im trying to make a deck (Commander) for my friend's birthday. He doesnt play much Magic, so I wanted to keep the budget around 50 to 60 bucks. Iroh is his favorite character from Avatar, and his playstyle is more into dealing effect damage (at least thats what he did in yugioh) any help with the deck and modifications is most appreciated! Also the deck is over 100 cards cause I was trying to find what to add and cut. Started playing MTG from Avatar set so Im not really sure deck building wise what cards would be good.
