I need help, the turntable doesn't spin even thou we did confirmed that it does turn and it does produce sound. Any advice on how to fix it?

Me and my aunt found this old gramophone and wanted to play a vinal, it turns on but the problem is that the turntable won't spin and no matter how we try to make it spin it doesn't. As far as I know it does make a click sound so it can start to spin. Please someone help
