hi everyone.
I'm looking to move into a cheaper apartment downtown or near the downtown area later this year but i wanted some advice on good rental companies. H2 is appealing because of location and affordability, but I've seen enough horror stories to not go with it. what companies in the area are actually reliable/good?
i know it's a long shot, but if anyone knows of any one bedrooms around 1,000 or less in the area (like a 15 ish min drive from downtown), please let me know. i'm trying to find a balance of location while also not paying an arm and a leg. a pipedream, i know. roomates are just too hard to find if you don't have friends who need one.
thank you !!
