H1B Visa Interview Experience – U.S. Consulate General Hyderabad – May 15
Appointment time: 10:45 AM
They allowed me inside around 9:45 AM. They checked all my files and sealed envelopes at entry. After that, I walked inside and waited in line for about 3–4 minutes before the interview. They called H1B applicants separately and sent us to the first counter.
Questions asked:
Who is your client?
Where is your client located?
What is your title/position?
Pass me your Passport, LCA, and I-797.
What is your pay?
What is your highest education?
At the end, the officer said my profile was being sent for social media vetting and handed me a slip with an ID.
