So on very recent past cruise my fiance and I had a few issues.
One being is I believe we were charged for something I was told we were going to be getting for free, I wasn't aware of the charge until I went to disembark and I was pulled out of line because I had an unpaid balance (everything was put on a prepaid card and I added money as we booked things/purchased them, so it should have been all set). My question is when can I expect to receive my itemized statement from the cruise? I asked if they could print it and he said they couldn't but I'd get it in an email.
One of the other issues we had was our port window leaked water and even after telling guest services nothing was done except to put a towel on the windowsill. I feel like they could/ should have done something more to fix the problem.
