I need some help with my Flashforge Adventurer 5M.

I suspect that one of the bearings on the Z lead screw is starting to wear out, and I’d like to replace it. Does anyone know the exact bearing code/model used by the Adventurer 5M?

Also, does anyone know how to properly remove this bearing? I’m not sure how it is mounted or what the correct procedure is.

Any information, photos, or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
