Emergency-can u tell what is this - dogs face bloated-pls help asap

Symptoms:very bloated nose/facw
Location: Croatia, Zagreb
So.. This just happened. My roomate came home from work and found his dog with a very bloated nose/face. He was at work afternoon and the dog was in his room as usual. When he came home his dog Cezar a daschund of like 1 year had a very bloated nose. Anyhow he's nose is very bloated. Otherwise he bahaves normally :he is joyful, playful, he drank water and ate food, jumped around. Doesn't seem like anything is wrong. Dosnt seem in pain. But it looks very concerning. Besides his nose beeing very very visibly bloated he is not sick in any ways but we are both very worried. We checked the room but it doesn't seem like he ate something. I don't know if some kinda bug bit him but we don't know that
. Any advice is welcome.
The issue is that it's Saturday late night and tomorrow is Sunday
What is something that we could do right now to help him?
