I was on lowest compounded semaglutide for 11 weeks and moved to compounded Tirz. I lost around 7 lbs on sema and maybe 1.5 in 3 weeks on Tirz. My doctor wouldn’t me up when I started Tirz as she’s wants to be cautious of any sensitivities. 2 weeks into Tirz I could tell I needed to be at a higher dose as I was hungrier. She didn’t want to move me up yet to protect my pancreas. I have 2 more injections left of my current dosage and I am praying after that she will move me up!

I am a 66f Sw 200 cw 191. I record my macros and stay in deficit between 400-500 calories.

Is this slow pace all because my dosage is too low?
