Hello!

So I'm looking at needing to get car insurance because my current way of getting it is no longer going to be available come this summer. I know that Walgreens offers it at a discount but I have a couple questions.

First, do I have to wait until enrollment opens up again to opt into it?

Second, does it come out of my paycheck to pay for the policy or is that something I should plan to pay for?
