

So, I requested this last week and they approved it. And when I checked my schedule today, they have scheduled me for next week Monday. Last time I called them that I have told the manager my available days during the hiring process (since it’ll be my very first work shift coz I’m a new hire), I can’t work on certain days they’re scheduling me. Then, the manager I called yelled at me to fix my availability on the app. Now that I’ve done so and they approved it, they still scheduled me with my non-available days. What do I do? I feel stupid, I’ve never work to any retail so I don’t know shit 🥲 I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. 😩😩
