Hi! Need some help here disclosing.

Ive been HSV2 positive for 4 years. Ive tried the dating apps a few times and met great guys but never had the courage to disclose so I would end things. I’m trying dating again and went on 3 dates with a guy that I really like. On our last date we got pretty physical (making out, dry humping and oral from me)😭 He knew I wanted to wait for sex. But now I know I messed up and should have told him sooner. How can I disclose?
