Hello!
First 2 pics when decided to change my life, I was on Reta 2mg every 5 days, Wolverine stack TB500-BPC157, and only meat and vegetables, no Sugar, no carbs, taking sun light at least 20 minutes a day, 3 to 4 days of training. Down from 210 to 158 pounds.
Now I want to get muscle! Here is what I am
Planning to do.
(36 yo, male, 5’11’’)
Test. Cypionate 250mg a week
Masteron 400mg a week
NPP 250mg a week
Anastrazole 1mg a week
Tadalafil 5mg daily
Metformin 1000mg daily before bed (or should I keep Reta at 2mg per week for insulin management?)
Flameout DHA rich fish oil
Vitamin K2 100 mcg
Vitamin D3 5000 iu
Niacin 500mg
Super Enzymes (I have no gallbladder)
