Wife and I just moved around the corner from this place. How do I get in it looks like a good time.

Hey my wife and I are moving into a new apartment on 2nd and there’s a cat on our balcony. I’m not sure if he doesn’t know how to get down or belongs to our neighbors, but I haven’t been able to contact them. Just posting in here to see if anyone’s missing a cat around North and 2nd sts. My wife is getting a picture for me asap.
