Teppan Yaki/Korean BBQ is SO average and comical to pay for.
I don't understand the hype/joy people get out of eating at these places.
First lets start with Teppan Yaki.
You're literally just paying MINIMUM $50 per person just to watch some chef play with little pieces of food before eating it. Then you eat it, and the portions are very tiny. The food may be good, but mostly not worth the money at all.
Similar thing with KBBQ
Similar minimum price as teppan yaki per person only to cook meats by yourself. And little pieces too. Not enough to make you full at all.
There are so many other great BBQs and cuisines where you can actually enjoy the food at a similar price with way better taste and portions. When me and my family/friends go out to eat, we always wanna make sure to feel full and enjoy the food.
Anyway, thats my take.
