Hello everyone! Recently joined after finishing the third book and currently rereading 😀 what are our theories on Violet's frailness? I think the Venin have someone with precog (which could be Melgren's opposite) they saw Violet being a threat to them so they tried to get Lilith sick while pregnant with Violet in order to kill her. Since killing her didn't work, it just made her frail but still a huge threat thanks to her signet. Which is why they wanted her to join them before deciding to kill her.
