Hello all,

Playing commander and resolved an Etali, Primal Conqueror.

I flipped over a Decorum Dissertation of an opponents library. I cast it and it resolves.

My question is that when i finish casting it and it goes into exile, do i as the Etali player keep the exiled Paradigm spell, or does it go back to the owner of the spell? My friends seem to think that it goes back to its owner and they get to keep the exiled paradigm spell.
