Week or so ago I had a 2 pack AH blister from GS, I let my buddy open one of the packs and he hit the attack rare Dragonite! I was so freaking pumped, because I honestly haven’t opened anything too note worthy since beginning to open packs (almost exclusively with him) again this year. I’m a deep sealed collector, but I mostly just open MTG cards while drafting or doing sealed these days.

Fast forward to Saturday and we’re at a big local card market with tons of vendors selling extremely overpriced AH product. This guy spends a crazy amount of money on one of these 4 pack boxes. I’m like you’re absolutely fried dude. We get back to the house and he’s looking sick to his stomach. I was like, I literally gotchu bro, and I suggest opening one of the packs to hit it out of the park to “return the favor” So he hands me one he felt good about, and as I’m a few cards in I see gold texture. My eyes widened, and his jaw hit the floor in my peripheral as this gleaming gold Dragonite emerges from the bulk. Biggest pull I’ve opened with me own hands in years (again, I rarely open packs), but of course it’s for my buddy hahah

Anyway, the Dragonite Boys were born, and we’ve been going off all weekend about mega evolving our pull rates. Good times
