Did my mantis ate too much?

I accidentally putted many flies in her terrarium and she started to catch them and eat. I noticed she looks a little bit bloated, is this notmal? She's L4 Hierodula transcaucasica.

Its so confusing to search the answers online because some sources say mantises cant overeat because they naturally stop when not hungry and others say that they can die from overeating and Im confused...

What happened to my mantis?

I found her like this. Its like her body is cracked in half. She had her first molt just week ago. She ate well. Just yesterday I gave her few flies and she ate them. I sprayed walls with water daily, she looked absolutely healthy and fine. And now I find her like this, what happened?

Does my mantis look healthy?

She molded few days ago, I dont know are dark spots part of her natural color or is something wrong? Mold was fast and all her limbs are fine i think, but the dark spots still concern me

I have hierodula transcaucasica and shes 15 days already, yet still L1 and had not molt yet, not even preparing. Shes eating and crawling. Sometimes shes hanging from the top of her tank as if premolting but then move around again. I keep humidity and feed her. Is this normal for her to not molt this long?

I bought him yesterday, he's L1,Transcaucasian mantis, only 12 days old and previous keeper said that mantis ate the day before I bought him and didnt molt yet. He's been sitting upside down on the top of terrarium at the same place all night. Yesterday I putted 2 fruit flies in there, yet they're so small I dont know if he ate them or not because I cant see them either. I tried to place a fly near him with tweezers but he ignored it and crawled away still on top of tank. I heard during molting theres better be no flies around to not distract the mantis or smth. But I dont know if I should feed him or not because I dobt know is he prepares to molt or just being there. Keeper said that other mantises this age he still have didnt molt yet and that I have 3-4days before it but Idk i just really dont want to mess it up. I spay other walls with water and its like 22-24C and 70-80% humidity, and the tank is big enough for him, but maybe too big i just dont know, has anyone have some advice what do I do please🙏
