So my wife and I purchase a HP Omen 15-Ce198wm and noticed it was running unusally slow. We would discover that it appeared to have no SSD. Upon opening it, we found a brand new 256gb SSD which was unformatted. Now that we got the PC to recognize the SSD the only problem is that it is blank. Is there a way to transfer the Hard Drive operating system etc to the SSD or do we need to redownload and install the software for the new SSD?
