Hey all, so I live at an apartment complex right by the bowling alley. Got off work a little late and as I was walking on the sidewalk, I saw this grown ass man ripping at his dog's lease and kicking them over and over. Normally I just stay in my own lane and mind my business, but I just saw red. The audacity to abuse your dog right out in the open like that. To add to it, I was running late to work on Saturday, and when I stepped outside, the same guy was at the end of our walkway sitting and had the dog next to him. The dog barked and that is when I first saw him kick them. So today I rip this dude's ass once I see this happening and his response is that the dog "bit" him. Does not matter. Cause Saturday was the same thing, and the dog didn't bite anyone. So, I was wondering, obviously I will get it on camera first, but who do I call? Non emergency line? Humane Society? I will let the complex know but this is a something that I will not drop. Animal abusers deserve the absolute worst in this world. Anyone got any idea? Thank you.
