Help!!

My son has a cyberpower pc.

Gigabyte B650M C V2
With a AMD Ryzen 7 7700X

He bought a AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D

We disconnected everything...GPU, RAM, heat sync and then cpu.

Swapped the cpu and reassembled.

But even after 30+min it's only giving power to rgb ram stick and fans.

We thought it was training the ram and hardware.

But still nothing.

We broke it back down and updated the bios to latest from board manufacturer.

We used QFlash

Then reset the cmos by used clr cmos pins and a screwdriver.

Buttoned it all back up again and still no change after 10+ mins.
