AMD GPU setting in AMD Software Adrenalin
Since I bought the RX 9070 XT, I found that many games cannot be played in the exclusive fullscreen mode, the only 2 options I have are the Borderless fullscreen and windowed screen. I'm not sure whether this was an AMD problem.
When I'm in the borderless screen, even though some FPS monitoring tools like MSI Afterburner show that I'm getting more than 100 fps in the game, it feels very laggy and stuttering, like I was playing in 40fps or even lower.
I have to turn off some settings for the game in the AMD Adrenalin Software. Most of the time, turning off Radeon Anti-Lag or AMD Fluid Motion Frame would make the game smooth again.
Are these known issues? If yes, do we have a general setting or workaround for that? I'm tired of having to try every setting for each game.
