A1 Pro-Front wheel fell off and quick release ballbearing fell out.
Hi,
I have had my A1 pro for just under 1 year. I started moving recently now that the spring is upon us.
I changed the blades and while I did so, the quick release fell out. I had a look and it is missing the ballbearing. I looked in ny hobby drawer and found other ballbearings, smaller so they will fall off at next knife chance, but it works when the "cap" is on.
I'm not sure if I can get spare parts for this or if I should invest in a new disc with the knifes on.
My next more annoying issue, is that I found my dreame stuck in the grass and a bit away a front wheel. I didn't see any small parts near any of them. I can't put it back on as it seems to be missing a locking mechanism.
Can I buy spare parts for these?
I have insurance coverage since it is under 1 year, but they want me to ship it back to them, which is too heavy for me to confidently do. I would be more confident in repairing it myself if I had the parts. I don't know how the machine is put together, but I think I could figure it out..
I have besides this, been super happy with the dreame products.. I just need some help/guidance on this.
Can I buy the parts or have Dreame Technology help me in anyway without needing to ship the mower?
