What’s missing from my patio area?

I just feel something is missing? It feels unfinished/drab?

Is it the succulents/cacti making it feel too harsh/flat?

First few pics of the patio area, others of rest of garden to show what we see looking down or looking up to patio.

Selling home - remove all furniture or not?

Selling an elderly family members home. It is very run down and will most likely need a full redo in every room by whoever purchase it. It’s quite empty, but some random ugly furniture remains and we are having a family debate…do we

  1. leave ugly furniture in place as it will hide the nicotine/ dirt outlines of the furniture OR
  2. clear it all out even if dirt/stain on walls is visible

What would look better/worse in the pics to attract people to come see it?

Blake’s legal team and strategy?

I often wonder:
-when she engaged with her legal team
- how they brainstormed about options
-how they settled on things to create the game plan (burn book)
- when the plan was sealed in place
- how they decided who to target and the approach they will use to squash them
- was the legal strategy already underway with the manipulation of Jenny, Isabella, Colleen and Brandon
- when they brought 47.1 up and the plan around amends to make it suitable…weekly meetings with the advocacy group, this feels like a long play
- was the 17 point list the starting point for everything?
- was 47.1 it in play before the above or did the phone data theft start it all then that opened up the vanzan
- along side it all, did they have PR planning to coincide with these events all laid out

I just wonder how does someone go about having such a fantastical plan with such calculated pivots and so many moving parts which take a lot of time.

Anybody any thoughts?

I am so stressed, I have decision paralysis!

Got this new planter 200cm by 45cm. And I am totally stuck!

See pic 2 - AI - Ideally I would love to go all summer flowers and pretty colours. But I know these are gonna die off and look bad over the colder months.

See pic 3 - AI - so was going for something more evergreen, full of life with a couple of things that may die off.

I don’t know why I am stressing so much, think just overwhelmed and so want it to look nice.

What would you do? Any advice please…before I go insane.
