I ordered a Soviet police officer hat (I like collecting military surplus as a hobby), and I found out today that the hat itself is being sent back to Ukraine, the country of origin, per a rep. It's really ridiculous that this sorry excuse of a postal service can't communicate with the sender. I don't understand how they couldn't locate my address, yet they accepted it. I'll email my contact, but I don't have high hopes at this point.
