NBA Draft and College Eligibility

They should change the way the NBA draft and college eligibility works, especially in this new age where there are G league players going back to college. I think that you should be able to leave your name in the draft but if you get drafted first round you do not have any more college eligibility left. However, second round picks/undrafted can choose to come back to college or sign with an NBA team. But if you sign with an NBA team/G league contract you are not allowed to come back to college. I know the MLB does something similar where you can be drafted but choose not go and I think that is a good idea that college basketball/NBA needs to pick up on. What's everyone else's thoughts/ideas on how to fix this problem?

New apartment top or bottom floor

I moving to a new apartment that is two stores. My current one is a townhome style so I do not have to worry about neighbors above or below me. Which one does everyone else prefer and what benefits. I think I would be okay with either one, the only thing I am concerned about is severe weather. The area I am moving to gets a couple tornado warnings a year and sometimes more, that is really the only reason I am hesitant about a top floor. Has anyone experienced anything like this.

Marcio Sabrina Commits to LSU

Personally I am okay with that. I don’t know alot about him but from the stuff I saw I wasn’t too thrilled about him. To me didn’t seem like the type of player that would’ve added a whole lot to this team.
