I had an AVNRT ablation about 3 months ago, and ever since then my resting heart rate has been around 50–60 bpm.

My EF is 70%, I skateboard 4–5 hours a day, and I don’t get tired at all. I have zero symptoms otherwise.

Still, I’m a bit anxious about it. Could this be too low? Is it possible that I developed some kind of AV block from the ablation?
