Does CVR have double sharing or triple sharing rooms? Or even more?

I might be going here for summer internship. I don't understand the commute. Like from rourkela railway station, the autos and even uber/rapido ask a lot of money to go 'inside' the campus. Is this normal?

Can someone give me some advice?
