Coloso is completely unsuable.
I purchased the buy 3 get 3 free bundle and the videos worked last night but all day today the media player has been crashing with error 3002, saying there was a media player error. I've made sure to try the recommended DNS, nothing else open, no ad block, extensions, ethernet works, and using a supported browser. It happens every few minutes. It never prompted me to download Kollus (the media player) so I've been accessing it thru the browser. I cannot find a way to even get my lessons to play through the media player app.
Has anyone had my issue and was able to resolve it?
I feel so scammed and am probably going to request a refund. Don't buy these courses. The content is good but the media player makes it completely unusable. They've been utilizing Kollus, which is notoriously bad. I don't know how this can be a problem in this day and age, such an expensive service should not have errors like this.
