Since the liberation (AlHamdulillah) many Syrians living with refugee or protected status in Europe have visited Syria. Which is completely understandable after years of absence.

Has anyone heard of this status being revoked if someone is discovered traveling to Syria?

I've heard rumors of some border agencies passing information on to countries in which the traveling Syrians live.

Not that I want that; I can appreciate that people want to know what they return to, if they choose to return.

I'm trying to assess the risks of traveling
