Lobo Village summer re-let
Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to re-let my lease at Lobo Village to for this summer.
The apartment has a private bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. The room is next to the volleyball court, gym, and pool. The apartment is fully furnished in both the bedroom and the common area. Your room will include a bed frame with a mattress and a desk with a chair. There is an in-unit washer and dryer combo in the common area along with a refrigerator. I have 3 roommates in a co-ed living setup but they're pretty quiet and aren't in the common room very often. One of my roommates has a cat which is sometimes in the common area. The rent on my lease is $699 a month before utilities, which are about $20 per month per person. I have attached a layout of the apartment below.
Per Lobo Village policies this re-let is only available for current or incoming UNM students. I moved out on May 16, and the room should be fully prepared for you to move in within a week. The remainder of my lease goes from May to July, and if you choose to re-let from me, you will be responsible for any time remaining on the lease. After July, you will have to sign a new lease with the company. If you are an incoming intern, graduate student, athlete, or any other Lobo, this would be a great option for you this summer.
