Birthday Dinner Recommendations in Kotor Bay, Montenegro

Hi, I am celebrating my 29th birthday in Kotor Bay in late July this year and I am wondering if anyone has restaurant recommendations for a fabulous birthday meal in and around the area. We are a party of two and are open to any type of food. I also really love a nice view/atmosphere if possible. Budget isn't an issue. I know it's the busy season so I think somewhere that takes reservations in important. Thank you in advance!

Help with choosing the right island!!

Aloha, I am going on a birthday trip with my best friend this october and we are so so excited! We land Oct 14th in HNL and spend three nights in the hyatt regency, then we are flying to Lanai for 5 nights and staying at the FS Sensei wellness retreat (we cannot cut it short since the 5 days are part of the experience package). And finally, we are not sure if we should do Maui or Kauai to end the trip. We would only have three nights to spend since we need to be back at work by monday 26th. I know three nights is not enough to explore any of the islands but I know we will be back soon and I definitely want to experience a new island since I've only been to Oahu in the past. I feel like after a wellness retreat we will want to do more exploring instead of relaxing but not completely burn ourselves out driving all day. Here are a few of my points for each island. MAUI: would be staying at the waldorf astoria (to use my hilton points), very resort forward, pretty toursity. KAUAI: not sure which hotel to stay at, very adventure forward, renting a car/lots of driving, super gorgeous landscapes. Anyways, any opinions, experiences, additional points would be helpful. Is one island more manageable for such a short time compared to the other?
