From 1972 till today, the Govt of Karnataka has not released a Govt order to declare which Govt department will register Apartment Associations under Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act 1972. This created a huge problem in the state where Common area not transferred to association as per section 17 of RERA. When will the Govt wakes up from sleep? when will apartment owners get their ownership rights? when will Govt give Apartment Association Registration Bhagya?
