Can’t tell if my tongue is normal or if I might have oral thrush? Seems a little white, particularly in the back. I’ve also never noticed those bumps at the back but, my understanding is they might be normal?

I also find tap water tastes a little different right now, but that could be a coincidence. Mainly on the first sip, and not so much with subsequent sips.
