I've really want someone able to draw my favourite waifu Purple Heart from Hyperdimension Neptunia. I'm looking for an anime style which is also high detailed, I'm not looking for realistic, hope this makes sense.

this has images of her attached, marked as spoiler just because she does have cleavage being shown.

budget is about $150usd for fullbody/knee up, but also looking for someone who is willing to do light nudity/cleavage really.
