Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone here has gone through this before.

Recently, I changed the username on an alternate Facebook account to free it up so I could use the same username on one of my Facebook Pages. However, even after changing it, Facebook still says that the username isn't available.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for Facebook to release a username after it's been changed or removed from another account?

Any advice, personal experiences, or alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to lose this username forever if there's still a way to recover it.
