I have a history of 2 ectopics w/ hemorrhage from which I almost died. Started the IVF process at the start of this year and did thankfully end up with 4 euploid embryos. Doctor just did a mock cycle and have a positive Receptiva H=1.7. While I'm thankful for the information and understanding as to why my ectopics happened, the plan for 2 months of Lupron + Letrozole and another 3.5 month delay is really making an already depressing situation worse.

Essentially, looking for success stories with Lupron and commiseration that the waiting to even try to get pregnant while everyone around me is absolute hell. I'm tired of seeing everyone have an easier time and feel like a terrible, resentful and bitter person.
