I am looking to buy a second hand ather rizta with below specs

Reg: Nov 2024 (1.5 years )

Model : Rizta z mx 06

Battery: 2.9 kWh

Mileage: 4000km driven

Pro pack available with 5 years / 60000 km warrenty.

The seller is quoting 1.2 L. I believe he can come down to 1 L

As the bike has less then 5k km driven, it was never serviced, so he / me don't know the battery health.

So is 1 L a good buying price for this bike / am I over paying. The only road price of this variant seems to be 1.55 L.

Please advise
