After seeing the new feature in aether rizta I updated emergency contacts for crash alert.. me and my dad's number. While returning to home got skid in a muddy road and fell down. Crash report didn't work.
Hey, I recently bought the Ather Apex (less than a week old) and just got my number plate today from the dealership. But the number on the plate they gave me is different from what’s showing on the Ather app. When I pointed it out, they checked their system and said there was some issue, then just handed me a different plate without much explanation.
Now my physical number plate and the Ather app show two different numbers. Is this a dealership error or an Ather issue? Has anyone faced this before? I really want the number that was assigned to me on the app — what’s the best way to get this resolved?
Hi, I was watching a few videos about Apex, and they shared that you get a Halo helmet and TPMS included with Apex. I booked an Apex, but the dealer has shared that it is not included when I asked.
Can you please confirm before I contact support about this?

Is Ather becoming s*it like others? I have an issue in my Ritza, and I tried getting in touch with them initially through whatsapp, I waited 12 hrs for the reply, but no reply from their end. Later, I raised a Ticket in the app and no reply again. What's going on with Ather? Is this becoming the New Ola? I remember I chose Ather for the peace of mind, but this experience is really bad. Previously, I had an issue back in sep 2025 after atherstack 7.0 OTA update( I think) abd the response was really good and fast. This time around, it feels like they r just f'ing ignoring it .
Update: They randomly replied me saying I should visit SC for any help and closed the ticket right away without waiting for me to say anything. LOL.
Bought my first vehicle ever and it is an ather 450 apex
Bought it via flipkart. Got a 12.5k discount amounting to 1.79
Then spent 14k on RTO and Insurance. Showroom guy tried to dupe me into buying their costly insurance, i chose acko instead.
I am pretty excited with my purchase and i travel around 35 kms daily so having fun.
Wasn't a fan of the color while buying but i have to say it looks great up close.

Help Review price for Rizta Z 3.7 with Pro Pack

Have his really weird issue on my Rizta. The battery percentage is stuck at 92% or 91 kms, in SmartEco mode for the past 2 days inspite of riding more than 50 kms. The data on the app shows the same as well. I tried doing a complete shutdown, and it simply refuses to shut down. The next time I put the key in and start it, it shows the "Turn key to shutdown" screen
If I turn the key to switch it on, the screen is still blank, and only if I switch it on and off does it light up.
I have out it for charging, and it does not show the Charging screen. Even on the app it shows it as parked, and does not show the charging status. I have no idea if it is charging, or how much of charge is left.
Has anyone faced this issue?
Actually im planning to buy this Ather Rizta Z series vehicle, while its subscription price is like Rs.23500 + Battery warranty for 8 years or 80000kms costs Rs.4999, after adding this vehicle total cost include road tax & insuranace is Rs. 189,013. But my budget is around 1.5L to 1.7L
I need honest feedback from owners of this Ather EV owners Please help me?
or Sugges any EV Scooty is better for this price range?
My main use case is travel a long distance thats why i choose ather but rather than this is this any suggestion you have that would be helpfull.
My scooter is still new, but this particular switch already started peeling off. Other switches are fine. Expected better quality from a premium EV.
Will Ather replace this under warranty?
I am facing a strange issue with my Ather rizta s. Even though the tyre pressure is correct, it feels like the tyres are running on low pressure, especially while turning the handle. The front wheel feels slightly wobbly or unstable. My scooter recently came back from service, and the issue started happening again afterward.

while riding my ather 450x continuously restart again and again. i did force restart but it doesn't solve this problem.
I just came back with my scooter from the 10k service, my dashboard reads:10,950 km
The SoC(System on Charge) imbalance is 0%which is a good thing i guess...
but the SoH(State of health) is 94%
This model is ather 450s LR, and has been with me for 1 year and 8 months
If you guys have any idea please help me with this, is this something concerning, is the battery degrading at a rapid state? Or is this completely normal and this is for everyone?
Recently I started hearing a strange sound from my Ather 450X HR while riding.
Not sure if it’s coming from the bearing, motor, belt, suspension, or brakes.

After doing a jet wash at home, I especially cleaned around the belt area and disc section.
Absolutely loving the ownership experience so far. The performance, pickup, ride quality, handling and software experience have all been excellent. The scooter feels smooth, refined and fun to ride every single day.
Charging convenience and low running cost are a huge bonus compared to my previous petrol vehicle. No regrets after buying this machine — easily one of my best decisions.
Hello guys, how are you today? I am here for getting some help regarding a two wheeler vehicle loan.
I am planning to buy an EV scooty (Ather) and the dealership is quoting me ₹1,48,000 on-road price. I am thinking of financing it and they are offering:
- IDFC loan at 7.99%
- Ecofy loan at 9.99%
So I analysed the breakdown of IDFC because it has lower interest according to the dealership.
Loan tenure: 3 years
The breakdown they gave me:
- EMI: ₹4,395 for 36 months
- Down payment: ₹25,000
So total EMI payout becomes around ₹1,58,000 and after adding down payment total cost becomes around ₹1,83,000.
₹1,48,000 + around ₹35,000 extra = ₹1,83,000 total paid.
I think they are using flat interest or adding extra charges.
So I wanted some advice from people who have experience with vehicle loans.
Should I take a personal loan instead and pay for the scooter?
I have an Axis Bank credit card , but I cannot pay full credit card amount at once. Is there any way to convert it into lower interest EMI?
Should I just go with the IDFC plan from dealership?
Or is there any better financing method with lower overall interest?
Note:
- Maximum EMI I can manage is around ₹5,000/month
- Preferred tenure is 3 years
Would really appreciate genuine advice from people who have experience with EV or two wheeler loans.
