[HIRING] Lead Dev Team for High-Realism Reactor Core Project

The Project: I am developing a large-scale Reactor Core game with a heavy focus on industrial realism and brutalist architecture. The project is influenced by the Naramo Nuclear Plant aesthetic—think heavy concrete, functional machinery, and high-stakes system management. We are utilizing the Adonis Admin for our backend.

The Vision: This is the initial recruitment phase. I am looking for a core "Lead" team (1-4 of each role) to establish the standards and style guide before we scale up to a larger 25+ person development team.

Roles Needed:

  • Lead Scripters: Must be proficient in Luau and OOP. You will be responsible for the core stability logic, cooling systems, and integrating the Adonis Admin.
  • Lead Hard-Surface Modelers: Specialist in Blender. You’ll be creating a modular kit of heavy concrete walls, industrial pipes, and reactor components using PBR textures.
  • Lead UI/UX Designers: Looking for a skeuomorphic/industrial style. No flat "modern" UIs. We want physical-looking consoles, analog gauges, and CRT-style monitors.
  • Technical Artists: Knowledge of lighting (Future technology) and VFX (ParticleEmitters/Post-Processing) to handle the meltdown sequences and industrial atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • A portfolio is mandatory. I will not respond to "I can do it" without proof of work unless i know you or work is listed on your profile.
  • Experience with industrial or sci-fi themes.
  • Ability to work within a professional team environment and follow a style guide.

Payment: This is a Revenue Share (Partnership) project. Because we are in the foundational stage, all Lead developers will be signed on for a significant percentage (%) of all game revenue. As the game grows and begins to generate Robux, these funds will be distributed according to the established percentages.

How to Apply: Please DM me here on Reddit with your portfolio and your Discord tag. Do not just say "hi"; send me your best work that fits this specific industrial style.
