Hi there, I am a fairly new TTOC just hired in one of the lower mainland districts, I just had a question for any teachers who maybe went back to TOC-ing after doing x amount of contracted work because of lifestyle changes or what not. As well if this is applicable to you, did you regret it at all

Could I ask why you have or maybe even thinking about going back to TOC-ing? I can think of pros myself like flexibility but I'm just wondering if there's a pattern of many teachers going this route now if I'm making any sense.
