Currently running a monoblack deck which revolves around getting Enduring Tenacity into play and doubling the damage output from life drain triggers like Serrated Scorpion/ Exsanguinate.

Thinking of addning Bloodthirsty Conquerer. As best I can tell, any damage I deal to an opponent triggers BC, which causes me to gain life, which triggers ET, which damages my opponent, which triggers BC again.

Is this combo recursive/infinite or does it eventually resolve somehow?
