Hey everyone! We are a quiet, responsible household of three on the hunt for a (hopefully) long-term rental to settle into. Here is a breakdown of what we are looking for:
- Budget: Up to $2,200/month.
- Bedroom requirements/hopes/dreams: We are looking for a 4-bedroom house. We need enough space for everyone to live comfortably, plus a dedicated home office space for grading and research.
- Do you have pets? Yes, we have two well-behaved pets: one dog (a medium-sized Samoyed) and one cat.
- Preferred location: We are open to different areas, but ideally looking for a quiet neighborhood that still offers a manageable commute to the FSU campus.
- Are you a student? Yes, two of us are Applied Math PhD students and Graduate Teaching Assistants at FSU. The third person in our household is a non-student.
- Other details: Because we are in the middle of our PhD programs, stability is our biggest priority. So something more long term (say 3+ years) would be ideal. That way we can truly settle in without worrying about moving again anytime soon. We are a very laid-back, academic household focused on our work and family.
