Hi! I am trying to buy an engagement ring but I can't manage to get any payment through. I have tried changing cards/using my bank directly. I have contacted my bank and there is no fraud block/it's within the daily payment amount.

I have even tried to buy other "test" items - a sick ass horse t shirt - but even that wouldn't go through. Any tips (besides "contact customer support")?
