Battle maps (somewhat of a rant, sorry)
Okay. So I wanna make a battle maps for my next session and at first I was like "ow there is tons of free battle maps out there I'll just find one and print it..." Well that was a mistake. Either I don't know how to use a search engine or nothing even remotely looks like what I want.
So I was like. "Okay maybe I'll make one. There is a bunch of free battle map generator/creations tools" I quickly learned that AI will not listen to what you say "natural cave entrance on a mountain side" then why does everything have houses or roads or a entrance in the shape of a dragon breaching fire.
So I wanted to make one myself. Sites marketed as free require you to "go pro" for anything more then "draw everything by hand." Or they are unusable on mobile (I don't own a PC/laptop)
I've spent 2 hours searching and I've come to the conclusion I'll just draw my shitty battle maps by hand. If anyone knows a site that doesn't make me feel like my grandpa the first time I handed him a smartphone. That would be extremely appreciated!

Thanks for all the replys. I've come to the conclusion I will indeed have to get used to drawing maps. There were a couple of other really good tips that I'll also be using. But for now both I and my players will have to put up with my crappy (slight of hand -5) drawings and I'm just gonna be super discributive.
