La Boheme the last performance of the season, Saturday, May 2, was brilliant. The Franco Zefirelli production and sets are still stunning after 45 yrs of use. The performances were so spot on you could feel the passion in the music. Everyone talks about Act 2 which honestly when Musetta arrived in the horse carriage stunned me; however, the entire production is stunning and transports you to 19th century Paris. It is so good that 3 hours blew by. This was my first time at The Met Opera and I was in awe of it all. Can’t wait to go again
